The Wilbur will be an event space, restaurant, and hotel.
Yes! We fell in love with the original character of The Wilbur. We will bring back to life the original hardwood floors, hand carved woodwork, craft tiles and many other ornate features.
Our goal is to create an atmosphere of warmth, fun gatherings, city bustle and timelessness.
We will be balancing the original architecture with modern finishes and furnishings.
Our entire property is non-smoking.
We do not have a set menu in place right now, but we will strive to source locally and sustainably.
Our dining is on a first come first serve basis, however we will take reservations for parties of 6 or more.
9 individually unique hotel rooms with modern furnishings and amenities.
Unfortunately they are not due to the historical nature of the mansion.
We hope to begin accepting reservations in August 2021.
The Wilbur will hold up to 160 guests per event.
We will have an in-house coordinator at the beginning of 2022.
We will publish our list of preferred vendors at the beginning of 2022.
You can schedule a visit later in 2021 once construction is significantly complete.
