What will The Wilbur be?

The Wilbur will be an event space, restaurant, and hotel.

Are you keeping the original architecture of The Wilbur Mansion intact?

Yes! We fell in love with the original character of The Wilbur. We will bring back to life the original hardwood floors, hand carved woodwork, craft tiles and many other ornate features.

What will the atmosphere of The Wilbur be like?

Our goal is to create an atmosphere of warmth, fun gatherings, city bustle and timelessness.

What will the decor of The Wilbur be like?

We will be balancing the original architecture with modern finishes and furnishings.

Do you have a smoking policy?
Arrow

Smoking is not permitted indoors, however there will be a dedicated outdoor smoking area.

Restaurant & Bar

What kind of food will you serve?

We do not have a set menu in place right now, but we will strive to source locally and sustainably.

Will you take reservations?

Our dining is on a first come first serve basis, however we will take reservations for parties of 6 or more.

Hotel

How many hotel rooms does The Wilbur have?

9 individually unique hotel rooms with modern furnishings and amenities.

Are the hotel rooms wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately they are not due to the historic nature of the mansion.

Weddings/Events

When can I have my wedding there?

We are now booking weddings for late summer 2022 and beyond!

How many guests does your venue hold?

The Wilbur will hold up to 250 guests per event.

Do you have an in-house event coordinator?
Arrow

We do not currently have an in-house event coordinator.

Do you have preferred venders you can put me in touch with?
Arrow

As we build and grow, we will begin to create a list of preferred vendors.

When can I visit the property?

We are currently accepting tours for those interested in hosting events at The Wilbur.
